Controlling of industrial waste at source by our team and equipment which are compatible with the factory scale.

Most adequate and economical solutions for industrial waste

Packaging waste management system implemented at the supermarket chain terminal

Packaging waste which has been collected separately from each store of a supermarket chain is carried to the terminal and accepted to our facilities.

After being separated roughly, this material is given to the system for an advanced sorting process. Our employees classify the material on the sorting belt according to their type.

Plastic, metal and paper materials are separated from each other and accumulated to get pressed.

Sorted materials are pressed and prepared for transportation. During this process, for each sort of material a different kind of press is used.

Now, pressed materials are ready for transportation. By sorting and pressing these materials, transportation expenditures are minimized. Pressed waste is transported to the recycling facility in order to enter to the recovery process.

Industrial facilities and waste management systems in factories

The system necessary to sort at source the recyclable waste, which is generated in the factory during production process, is implemented. Cleaners of the factory or, if necessary, the person or division to be authorised for waste management send the material sorted at source to the waste management area. Each material is accumulated at a different location which is specified in the regulations.
In this step, type of the device or vehicle like press, compactor, container, etc. depends on the amount of material.

When the material accumulated and processed under control amounts to the specified quantity, it is taken away from the facility for the recovery process in the most economical way.

In this way, waste is controlled at source, accumulated at surroundings those are kept under control and is sent away from the facilities in order to participate recovery process in the most economical way possible.

Waste management system for organized industrial zones

In cooperation with the managements of organized industrial zones, making the waste inventory of the zone abide by regulations and consultancy about the systematic removal of waste from the said area.

Execution of recovery process of recyclable production and packaging waste generated from many companies operating in various fields, and waste management planning including the disposal of hazardous waste abide by related regulations.
